TIMESHEET MANAGEMENT INTERFACE

We're excited to unveil our redesigned platform, featuring a modern and intuitive interface. This significant update focuses on providing an enhanced user experience through a clean and contemporary aesthetic. The Timesheet Management page has undergone a comprehensive redesign, resulting in a more visually appealing and dynamic experience. Core functionalities remain intact, but a number of modern UI improvements have been implemented. 

Notably, the selection of timesheet statuses has been streamlined through the use of a dropdown menu, allowing for intuitive filtering. This improved dropdown functionality has also been extended to filters for employee groups, client categories, and invoice statuses, giving you greater flexibility and precision in how you view, analyze, and manage your data. We are confident that these enhancements will significantly improve efficiency and ease of use.

In our ongoing efforts to improve the user experience and streamline workflow, we are excited to announce some updated features for our timesheet system.

Firstly, we have introduced a new type of search bar similar to the one on our search function in submit timesheets for others,it renders the information quickly and concisely that allows users to easily search for specific timesheet IDs.

Secondly, we have implemented color-coding for timesheet statuses, providing a nice visual display that helps users quickly and easily understand the current status of each timesheet. This feature enhances the overall user interface, making it more intuitive and user-friendly.

CLIENT INVOICE INTERFACE

We're excited to announce a fresh new look for our client invoicing page! While the core functionality you rely on remains unchanged, we've enhanced the interface with aesthetically pleasing visuals to improve your overall experience. We believe these visual updates will contribute to a more enjoyable user experience.

IMPORT INTERFACE

We're excited to announce a redesigned import interface! While the core functionality of importing data remains the same, we've streamlined the process for a more intuitive and user-friendly experience. You'll now find it's a breeze to initiate an import – simply select the desired record type and then click the upload button. This will prompt you to select and upload your CSV file directly. To ensure a smooth and error-free import, the handy "Download CSV Template" is still readily available. We highly recommend using it to structure your data correctly. A best practice tip: before uploading, consider cleaning your CSV file by removing any irrelevant fields that are not required for the import. This minimizes potential errors and keeps your imported data clean and efficient.

We understand that change can take time to adjust to, and we appreciate your loyalty and patience as we transition to our new interface. For a period, you'll still find the option 'To View Old Page' available, allowing you to comfortably navigate and familiarize yourself with the updated look and feel. This is to ensure a smooth and seamless transition for everyone. However, it's important to note that we will be gradually phasing out this option as we continue to refine and improve the new experience. We encourage you to explore the enhanced features, improved usability, and modern design of the new interface, as we believe it ultimately offers a more efficient and enjoyable experience. We are confident that once you've had a chance to fully embrace the new platform, you'll agree it's a significant step forward.
