A Fresh Update to the Expenses Page
We are pleased to introduce a refreshed and modernised interface for the Expenses page, as part of our ongoing improvements to the overall user experience.
A cleaner, more responsive design
This update focuses on improving usability and visual clarity. The Expenses page now features updated colours, improved typography, and a wider layout. The page is also fully responsive, meaning it adapts seamlessly across different screen sizes.
Whether you are using a desktop or a mobile device, the experience is now more consistent, intuitive, and easier to navigate.
No changes to existing functionality
All existing functionality within the Expenses form remains the same. You can continue to use the page as you always have, with no impact on your current processes.
New feature: simplified receipt upload
To make submitting expenses quicker and more efficient, we have introduced a new drag-and-drop upload feature.
You can now upload a PDF invoice or receipt directly into the Expenses form. Once uploaded, the system will automatically populate key fields, including the amount and line description.
This reduces the need for manual data entry and helps to streamline the submission process.

We have introduced a new top summary bar within the Expenses form to give you a clear, real-time overview as you build your expense.
