Happy new year to all our customers! There is no better time to make changes than the fresh slate the new year offers. With that said, we have revised our terms and conditions, adding clarity to the clauses we felt were lacking it.

We've added additional wording to explain how we may post revised terms for a fixed-term contract client;
We have clarified clause 4.10 to eliminate the wording that implies our online help may not be accurate or up to date;
We have added a sentence to clause 4.13 to provide you with the protection of 28 days' advance warning before we clear your data after you have cancelled your subscription;
We have removed the 15-minute free telephone call support;
In clause 7.1, we have added additional wording to allow you to transfer your contract to your own group of companies;
We have referenced our help guides that explain how to use our billing module calculated;
We have added a new clause 9.3 to state that account cancellation requests must be initiated by the primary account administrator;
We have clarified the costs for assistance with GDPR requests in clause 12.9 to state that we may charge if the requests are manifestly excessive or repetitive. This is in line with current GDPR legislation.
