The Timesheet Management page has been fully redesigned, providing a more attractive and engaging experience. Core functions remain unchanged, but several modern UI enhancements have been introduced.
The selection of timesheet statuses is now more streamlined through a dropdown menu, enabling intuitive filtering. This enhanced dropdown feature has also been expanded to include filters for employee groups, client categories, and invoice statuses, providing greater flexibility and precision in how you view, analyse, and manage the data.
We have also introduced a new type of search bar, similar to the one in our Submit Timesheets for Others function. It delivers information quickly and concisely, enabling users to easily find specific timesheet IDs.
Secondly, we have introduced colour-coding for timesheet statuses, creating a clear visual display that helps users quickly understand the current status of each timesheet. This feature improves the overall user interface, making it more intuitive and user-friendly.
For a time, you'll still see the option to ‘View the Old Timesheet Overview Page’, allowing you to comfortably navigate and familiarise yourself with the updated look and feel. However, it's important to note that we will gradually phase out this option as we continue to refine and improve the new experience. We encourage you to explore the enhanced features, better usability, and modern design of the new interface.
