2025 Autumn Release update

We're pleased to inform you of some new changes in our latest release. We will be slowly merging these onto all clusters with the new updates starting Thursday, 20th November 2025.

General

•  New permission added to provide access to "View client invoices", without ability to modify or create invoices
• Added a contractor filter drop-down on the placements page grid
• Added Billing Contact to perm placements, which works exactly the same as temp placement billing contacts.
• Added direct link to view a timesheet from Holiday Accruals page, when the accrual is directly from the time incurred in a timesheet.
• Added a new feature to Mark invoice as emailed on client invoicing.
• Added ability to import clients from QuickBooks, direct from the clients page.
• Added a new feature to control whether billing emails are split, or if multiple contacts are included as CC recipients.
• Added a new setting for the leave management module, so you can control how far in advance a user can cancel their own leave bookings
