Timesheet Portal for QuickBooks

Timesheet Portal is time, expense and billing software for projects and staffing agencies. We give you the ability to automatically generate invoices from time and expenses recorded, and export these straight into QuickBooks.

What can Timesheet Portal do with QuickBooks

Timesheet Portal will automatically create your client records in QuickBooks and export your invoices with minimal interaction, so you can focus on the tasks that matter. Invoices can be linked to specific service items or QuickBooks classes, so you can maintain your accounting structure and reporting data.

We can also generate suppliers and supplier invoices for workers who operate as business entities (e.g. Limited Company, LLC or Umbrella Company).

Getting started

To get started, sign up for a free trial account, and make sure you choose to have the Client Invoicing module for your new account. Once created, follow these steps to link to QuickBooks:

Click Setting from the left hand menu
Select Integrated Apps, and then click on QuickBooks Online
Click Connect to establish your connection with QuickBooks
Once you have invoices generated, simply click Export from the Invoice page to get your invoices into QuickBooks.
