The summer brings many great things: nice weather, beach trips, BBQs and, of course, a Timesheet Portal update. Our key focus this time were PAYE assist module, invoicing and self-billing - but plenty of other modules have also received minor tweaks to make your days smoother.
All in all, it’s been a busy start to summer here at Anfold Software. But we aren’t too bothered as staying busy means us bringing you more feature goodies to keep you going! See below a list of the latest changes introduced in our release on July 3rd.
AWR ability to link a client to a parent company, so that workers who are contracted between different companies within a group accrue time against the same AWR clock;
Holiday accrual can automatically be deducted as soon as a timesheet is approved so that holiday pay is included in the next pay run;
The mobile site now supports holiday pay requests and viewing of past holiday pay accrual.
Purchase order management feature;
Added in the ability to withhold self billing invoice generation based on a custom reasons list you can enter against a contractor, and also withhold if certain documents have not yet been uploaded;
Invoices are now tightly integrated with cost centres, providing the following additional functionality;
Differing invoice prefixes and numbering schemes for cost centres;
Differing email notifications for cost centres;
Differing invoice templates for cost centres.
Flexitime can now be enabled on a per-user basis, so you no longer have to switch it on for everyone within your organisation.
New flexitime basic multiplier rule - accrue flexitime on a multiplication basis rather than a time worked threshold, allowing you to accrue flexitime based on a fixed percentage of time worked;
Mixed approval timesheets can be configured to show project approvers first, line manager approvers first, or only show project approvers;
Further functionality on our bulk timesheet submissions, now providing you with the ability to go back to the full list of submitted timesheets when viewing one of the included timesheets within that submission;
Clock-in now provides the facility for administrators to stop or cancel an open clock and view clock-in locations on a map;
Preview your login page branding before you save your changes from the branding settings page;
New document signing tags introduced - NI, email, bank account details and contracted working time;
A bunch of UI updates, including more new icons, and a new way of entering start/end times on our mobile site;
And of course, the usual stability fixes and performance enhancements to bring you a better overall experience.
