We are continuing our work on majorly revamping the platform's user interface, and the next section to undergo the change is the employee onboarding pages. As previously, the aim is to make the tool more responsive and easier to use on smaller devices, as well as simplify the overall interface for users on any level of experience with the platform.

Recognising that portable devices are more commonly used than computers, we deemed it necessary to ensure our users experience no accessibility issues regardless of their preference. That said, the new interface adapts to stationary computers, laptops, mobile phones and tablets. Additionally, we tweaked the look and feel of the section. It is now going to be more intact with our overall new aesthetic, ensuring our users have a consistent experience across all modules.

Employee Onboarding has Gotten Smoother

As previously, the employee onboarding pages will help you build a hand-free onboarding procedure that involves no back-and-forth email threads. The number of steps, optional and custom requirements, limited software accessibility and many other features allow you to build a seamless and easy-to-follow process.

The new interface is designed to be even more straightforward when creating an onboarding page, with a few features moved to more accessible locations. You will also now have more control over the look of the platform. Just like before, you can assign approvers for the uploaded documents, which will then be stored and tied to the submitting employee for easy future access and compliance check-ups.
