Add Your Own Attachments to Welcome Emails

We understand how important customisation and brand consistency is. For this reason, we have now added a new feature that allows you to add your own welcome emails every time you add new users to your Timesheet Portal.

For recruitment accounts, you also have different attachments for each of your user types - contracts, client approvers and internal administrators. You can use this for your own purpose, be it for a user guide or some general information that you wish to distribute when you bring a new contractor onboard.

Build Your Own Templates

If you have different types of users that will be using the platform, you will most likely need a variety of templates in accordance with what will they need to start off. Don’t worry, as in Timesheet Portal you can either choose some of our built-in email templates or create a set of your own, using our intuitive drag-and-drop email builder. 

You may upload whatever type of file you wish, however, we do recommend using PDF files as this is the most widely accepted document type on almost any device or computer. To add your attachments, simply go Settings -> Notifications, and select User & Password Reset. Please note: previously the new user and password reset email templates were under the General sub-section in Notifications, but these have been moved into their own section. Edit your template using the edit icon and then click on the Upload Attachment button.
