Easy Access with Google Sign-In

Reusing the same password can severely jeopardise one’s online safety. Although people are frequently urged to create unique passwords, it can be difficult to remember them all if they vary each time. This is yet another problem that integrations address. 

From now on, we will assist you in making your 'end-users' lives easier. Starting today, they no longer need to remember an additional password for the Timesheet Portal; instead, they can log in directly with their Google account. Once the feature is enabled, all they have to do is click the Google Sign-in button at the top of their login page.

No Need for a New Account

Instead of needing to create a separate account, your users can now use their Google login details to simplify the process. Upon logging into the system via the Google Sign-in button, they will be prompted by Google to allow access to their account. We will then retrieve their email address, and Google will inform us that they have authenticated themselves. We can then log them in.

To enable this handy feature, log into your account and go to Settings -> Account. Then, check "Enable sign-in via Google" in the general settings section. Save the changes to start using the function immediately. To add consistency to the rest of your website, you can also customise the Google icon with your own colour scheme. To access this feature, navigate to the Branding page in Settings -> Branding.
