As of 1st November 2021, we will no longer provide customers with 15 minutes of free telephone support. We understand that some of you will feel frustrated with this change. However, after a lengthy review process of incoming calls over several months, we have found that most issues could have easily been resolved through a support ticket.
We understand that some customers prefer to get support over the phone, and you may continue to do so, however, you will need to purchase a telephone support package
For the past year, we have not been offering telephone support as part of our standard package to new customers, If you wish to subscribe to a telephone support package, you can do so by going to Settings->Billing->Subscription modules, and choosing one of the packages available. You can purchase 1 hour of telephone support per calendar month for £45, or two hours for £80, charged each month.
In the meanwhile, we have been working hard at adding more content to our help guide, and we are soon to launch a whole section full of useful videos. We have also expanded our support team over the last year to provide you with a better, faster service.
We hope that you will adjust quickly to these new changes so we can provide you with a better overall experience.
