End of Free Telephone Support

No telephone support

As of November 1, 2021, we will no longer offer customers 15 minutes of complimentary telephone support. We understand that some of you may feel frustrated by this change. However, after thoroughly reviewing incoming calls over several months, we found that most issues could have been easily resolved through a support ticket.

We understand that some customers prefer to receive support over the phone, and you may continue to do so; however, you will need to purchase a telephone support package.

Continuing to Receive Telephone Support

For the past year, we have not included telephone support as part of our standard package for new customers. If you wish to subscribe to a telephone support package, you can do so by going to Settings -> Billing -> Subscription modules and selecting one of the available packages. You can purchase one hour of telephone support per calendar month for £45 or two hours for £80, with charges applied each month.

In the meantime, we have been working hard to add more content to our help guide, and we will soon launch a whole section filled with useful videos. We have also expanded our support team over the past year to provide you with better, faster service.

We hope that you will quickly adapt to these new changes so we can provide you with a better overall experience.
