You’ve called and we answered. After an influx of requests and many months of waiting, Timesheet Portal has fulfilled the wish many of our clients have voiced.
We're pleased to announce our latest integration with >Quickbooks online, a web-based accounting package used by 3.2 million people globally.
Forget about the dull procedure of exporting/importing files from one solution to another. Manual data entry is no longer an option either. With the newest integration between Timesheet Portal and Quickbooks, data transfer becomes fluid, quick and effortless.
Relying on a firm link between the two solutions, our invoicing and self-billing modules can now seamlessly export your invoices into Quickbooks with but a couple of clicks. You are in control of deciding the level of integration, shared properties and the future reporting process.
A simple step-by-step setup will help you synchronise your customers, as well as associate invoices with classes and service items within Quickbooks. Whether you want to run this procedure through Quickbooks or Timesheet Portal - the choice is yours.
As a cherry on top, there are no additional charges for this if you are already using the client invoicing or self-billing modules. Don’t worry if you’re not impressed with how the integration works or if you decided to move to a different accounting solution - this is not a permanent commitment. In fact, we leave you the option of turning the integration off at any time.
If you’d like to try it out, simply go to Settings->Client Invoicing->Export Settings and change your export package to Quickbooks.
At Timesheet Portal, we are always looking for ways to give our clients as much value as we can. All of our updates and changes begin with you. Therefore, if you have any complaints, suggestions or would just like to provide feedback - we are waiting to hear from you.
