July Release Wrap-up

Summer brings many delightful things: pleasant weather, trips to the beach, barbecues, and, of course, an update to Timesheet Portal. Our main focus this time is the PAYE assist module, invoicing, and self-billing, but several other modules have also received minor adjustments to help ensure your days run more smoothly. 

Overall, it has been a busy start to summer here at Anfold Software. However, we aren’t too concerned, as keeping busy means we can bring you more exciting features to keep you engaged! Below is a list of the latest changes introduced in our release on  July 3rd.

The Latest Platform Updates

PAYE Assist Module:

• AWR's capability to connect a client to a parent company, allowing workers contracted among various companies within a group to accumulate time on the same AWR clock;

• Holiday accrual can be automatically deducted as soon as a timesheet is approved, ensuring that holiday pay is included in the next pay run;

• The mobile site now allows for holiday pay requests and the ability to view past holiday pay accruals.

Invoicing & Self Billing:

• Purchase order management functionality;

• Introduced the capability to withhold self-billing invoice generation based on a custom list of reasons that you can specify for each contractor, and to also withhold generation if certain documents have not yet been uploaded;

• Invoices are now closely linked with cost centres, offering the following additional functionalities:

• Different invoice prefixes and numbering systems for cost centres;

• Different email notifications for cost centres;

• Various invoice templates for cost centres.

Other Modules and General Enhancements:

Flexitime can now be activated for individual users, so you no longer need to enable it for everyone within your organisation.

• New flexitime basic multiplier rule: accrue flexitime on a multiplication basis instead of a time worked threshold, enabling you to accumulate flexitime based on a fixed percentage of time worked;

• Mixed approval timesheets can be configured to display project approvers first, line manager approvers first, or solely show project approvers;

• Further functionality has been added to our bulk timesheet submissions, now allowing you to return to the complete list of submitted timesheets while viewing one of the included timesheets in that submission;

• Clock-in now offers administrators the ability to stop or cancel an open clock, as well as to view clock-in locations on a map;

• Preview your branding on the login page before saving your changes from the branding settings page;

• New document signing tags introduced: NI, email, bank account details, and contracted working hours;

• Several UI updates, featuring additional new icons and an updated method for entering start and end times on our mobile site;

• And, of course, the usual stability fixes and performance enhancements will provide you with a superior overall experience.
