Our mobile site is getting a long-awaited facelift to improve both the look and the usability moving forward. We have recognised that in the era where accessibility is everything we need to step up and embrace a more innovative aesthetic look. However, we won’t be rolling this update out to all of the accounts at once. The latest changes are due to be released at 22:00 GMT on 5th October for our customers whose customer ID is less than 11230, and on 12th October for the rest of the users.
This release is part one of a series of changes we are going to be gradually introducing to further better functionality of the platform. This update specifically is dedicated to a full upgrade to the timesheets section. Onboarding, leave bookings and expenses will follow in the coming months.
Although the majority of the workflows for filling in timesheets remain unchanged, there are some small differences. We have introduced them to make the process quicker and easier for users, ultimately living up to our resolve of saving you as much as possible. Inevitably, some may struggle with the change at first. As a precaution to that, we have also added a new help item below the main menu on the mobile site.
