compliance auditing

Regardless of the sector in which your business operates, the legislation and requirements change all the time. It can be challenging to stay on top of all of this, even with a scheduled auditing routine. Things slip through the cracks under the gaze of the most vigilant auditors. And although human error is not a crime, the punishment companies have to shoulder for non-compliance can seriously harm their future.

At Timesheet Portal, we seek to help our clients be successful in all they do by supporting their efforts through our solutions. This is why our latest development is aimed at automating the auditing process to make it easier to stay compliant.

Expansion of the Auditing Module

Addressing frequent changes and growing penalties, we've added more auditing to the following sections:

  • Third-party agencies;

  • Changes to default client rates;

  • Changes to default project rates;

We have rolled this update in hopes that they will come in handy, especially for our larger clients, although smaller accounts will benefit as well.

Within the improved insights, you can now see who's been implementing the changes and the modified areas and quickly view the history of changes in records. Such centralised visibility can make it easier to align your internal and external teams and generate more accurate reports. It is also a powerful source of trackable information to aid the process of auditing.

A record of all changes is available in the usual place, now enhanced with three additional areas of interest.
