As the popularity of our document signing module grows, we are constantly working to improve this feature and add more functionality. We understand the fast-paced environment most businesses exist within and we, therefore, strive to add a layer of convenience to their day-to-day operations.

We have just added the ability for you to select a second signer for your documents. Technically, this is the third signer, since you are the first one. However, this means you can now have 2 additional people sign your documents as well. Given quite a few of our clients reported requiring the signature of two decision-makers, we figured this would be a useful addition to the stack. As a bonus, by setting the signers appropriately, you can define the ordering of the signing, which is especially handy in multi-level signing processes.
Additionally, we've added a few more fields which can be substituted and made it possible for recruitment accounts to link a job booking to a contractor. This allows you to send contractor documents which contain information about their assigned booking, rather than having a generalised contract.
