client page

If you’ve logged into the system recently, you must have noticed some minor changes across the Clients page. This is one of many visual touch-ups we are planning to roll out in the nearest future, based on the feedback we’ve received from you. Since Timesheet Portal strives to become your one-stop centralised platform, we are always willing to add adjustments to the existing interface in order to provide you with more convenience and a smoother user experience.

We hope you are all enjoying the new layout for the Clients page. Moving forward, we plan to start introducing more functionality and reporting to an area which was once just a place to store client records. As always, we would love your feedback.

Overview of the Key Changes

The first thing you will notice is our new client grid. Clicking this grid will present you with a client overview page, rather than going to the client edit form. The client overview page shows you graphs of time, pay and charges against the client over the last 12 weeks. On the left-hand side, you can see your last 12 months' totals for time, pay/charge and invoices.

For recruitment accounts, you will notice you can also see all active bookings for the client from the client overview page. In addition, if you have the invoicing module you can see past invoices for that client. Keep your eye on this page as we will soon be introducing purchase orders here, allowing you to create and track purchase orders and easily identify ones whose value has almost been used up.

Be Part of Future Developments

At Timesheet Portal, we are always looking for ways to give our clients as much value as we can. All of our updates and changes begin with you. Therefore, if you have any complaints, suggestions or would just like to provide feedback - we are waiting to hear from you.
