October 2019 Release Wrap-up

A new release is upon us! We hope you are as excited as we are to learn there’s been a series of changes happening across our platform. Although they are not as major as usual, they will be affecting the day-to-day workflows of many. As always, our priorities lay with the mission of creating a smoother experience and quicker, more accurate operations for our clients - and that’s the big idea behind our frequent updates.

Whether you’ve already noticed the latest changes within Timesheet Software or not, we strongly recommend you check the summary below. As always, to make it easily readable and quick to navigate through, we’re putting the updates in bullet points.

PAYE Assist

• Export Payruns to Sage Payroll Ireland (single timesheet and multiple timesheet formats);

• New AWR notifications added;

• New reports for viewing holiday accrual summaries and holiday accrual detail;

• Added AWR parent company so AWR can be tracked amongst clients within a group.

Expense Forms

• New feature for importing CSV statements to create an expense form;

• Added ability for end-users to cancel a draft expense form.

Timesheets

• Added bulk submission feature (for administrators and for clients);

• Added ability to use approval delegation with project-approval timesheets.

Invoicing & Self Billing

• Group client invoices by purchase order;

• Now able to select which items to generate when previewing self billing invoices;

• Configure the remittance email contents and choose which invoices to include in the remittance emails;

• Filter expense forms by expense form date rather than expense entry date when generating client invoices;

• Added new Pay Frequency field to placements, which can be filtered when producing self-billing invoices;

• Filter time & cost reports by self billing status. 

Document Signing

• Upload your own document signing templates rather than using the existing pre-uploaded ones in Legalesign;

• Added %COMPANYTAXNUMBER% and %WORKERFULLADDRESS% tags.

Miscellaneous

• Other changes include significant performance fixes for dashboard widgets, allowing you to view your dashboard much more quicker;

• Added progress display when importing CSV files;

• Added progress display when producing large formatted timesheet PDF reports;

• Added missing documents report (for worker uploaded documents).
