Terms and Conditions Update

Happy new year to all our customers!  There is no better time to bring about changes than the fresh slate the year that’s starting offers. With that said, we have revised our terms and conditions, adding clarity to clauses we felt lacked them.

Below, we are putting the summary of the said changes. We also kindly ask our users, old and new, to give them an overview of the source file. If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at [email protected]

The most notable is the major change in expense forms - we have merged mileage and standard expense forms into one. However, this is one of many. To find out what other changes we’ve made, carry on reading.

Key Changes in Terms and Conditions

1. We've added in additional wording to explain how we may post revised terms for a fixed-term contract client;

2. We have clarified clause 4.10 to remove the text that suggests our online help may not be accurate or up to date;

3. We have added a sentence to clause 4.13 to give you the protection of 28 days advanced warning before we clear your data after you have cancelled your subscription;

4. We have removed the 15-minute free telephone support;

5. In clause 7.1, we have added in additional wording to allow you to transfer your contract between your own group of companies;

6. We have made reference to our help guides which explain how our billing module usage is calculated;

7. We have added in a new clause 9.3 to state account cancellation requests must be raised by the primary account administrator;

8. We have clarified the costs for assistance with GDPR requests in clause 12.9, to state that we may charge if the requests are manifestly excessive or repetitive. This is in line with current GDPR legislation.
